By accessing our website or booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be 18+ to book or contract for services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for safeguarding any login credentials (if applicable).

We provide portrait photography services, including individual, couple, family, graduation, fashion/creative, and corporate shoots, as described on the site.
Prices shown are in LKR and may change without prior notice. Quotes expire if not accepted within the stated validity period.
Any promotions are time-limited and subject to additional terms.

A booking is confirmed only after required advance/full payment is received.
You may reschedule once without charge if you notify us ≥24 hours before the session. Late rescheduling or repeated changes may incur a fee.
Cancellations ≥24 hours before the session may be eligible for a refund per our Refund Policy. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals (over 20 minutes) are non-refundable.
We may refuse or cancel a booking due to availability, safety, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms. Any payment held will be refunded if cancellation is on our side.

Please arrive on time, prepared (outfits, makeup, permissions for locations, etc.).
You are responsible for minors in the session and for any required third-party permissions (venues, props, etc.).
We may end a session without refund if staff safety is compromised or if unlawful/abusive behavior occurs.

Standard delivery for edited images is 3–4 working days after you select your portraits.
Same-day service may be available at an additional charge (subject to full payment and image selection).
Unless agreed in writing, RAW/unedited files are not provided.
Basic retouching is included as described in the package. Additional editing requests may be quoted separately.

Unless purchased otherwise, copyright in all images remains with 100px.
Clients receive a personal, non-commercial licence to use the final images (print/share online with credit where practical).
With your consent (obtained during booking or after delivery), we may display selected images in our portfolio, website, and social media. You may opt out in writing before the session or at delivery.

For brand, advertising, catalogue, or corporate use, a separate commercial licence is required and will be specified in your invoice/contract.
Usage outside the agreed licence may incur additional fees.

We take reasonable care and backup measures; however, long-term archiving of your files is not guaranteed. Please download and safely store your images once delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, 100px shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
Sessions may be affected by weather, traffic, power outages, or events beyond our control. We will reschedule or refund as set out in our Refund Policy.

We may link to third-party sites (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Online payments are processed by trusted gateways; we do not store card details.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the site, you consent to such processing.

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka, after attempting amicable resolution first.
