This Refund Policy explains how refunds and reschedules are handled for all bookings made through https://www.100px.lk or via direct contact with our studio.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of your booking:

  • Full refunds are available only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • If a client cancels within 24 hours of the booking time, the payment may be partially refundable or non-refundable, depending on preparation costs and studio time reserved.
  • Once a session has been completed or editing work has begun, refunds are not applicable.

2. Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change.

  • You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Repeated reschedules or last-minute requests may result in an additional fee.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • No-shows or late arrivals beyond 20 minutes of the scheduled time.
  • Client dissatisfaction with poses, expressions, or styling choices after the session.
  • Services already rendered or post-production editing already started.
  • Failure to provide accurate contact information resulting in missed communication or delivery.

4. Technical & Studio Errors

In the rare event of a technical failure, studio error, or unavoidable cancellation from 100px Photography, clients will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A reshoot session at no additional cost.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the same card or account within 7–10 working days.
  • Cash Payments: Refunded in cash at the studio after management approval.

Supporting documents such as booking confirmations or receipts may be required to verify your refund request.


6. Management Authority

All refund decisions are made solely by the management of 100px Photography.
Refund approval, amount, and timing will depend on the specific situation and adherence to this policy.


7. Policy Updates

100px Photography reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
